Christmas morning/day

 Christmas morning is the best day of the year! We did breakfast with Brian's parents and then we exchanged gifts. It was nice to have the family together on Christmas morning. Then we went to my mom's house and we Facetimed Miguel! It felt so good to see him and hear his voice. After that, we went to the movies to see Frozen {again}. Then the girls were ready to go home and jump on their brand new trampoline. Yeah, Santa was extremely nice this year :)

 The best Christmas gift is my family. I am so blessed to have a loving husband and 2 adorable girls.

Amazing Jakes 2013

The girls enjoyed their time at Amazing Jakes. The love to have fun and play games. I'm so glad my mom with us because she helped out a lot with Hazel.

Giving Thanks: Day 1 & Day 2

Day 1:
I am thankful for a healthy family. My girls have not gotten sick in a while and I am very thankful for that. They are healthy and full of life! I'm thankful my husband is a healthy man that wakes up every morning to go to work so he can provide for us.

Day 2:
I am thankful for a clean house and car. This morning Brian did our front yard maintenance and he shampooed 2 rooms upstairs{which means our house smells super clean}. Our car was vacuumed and had maintenance done too! I love having a clean house because it gives me more time to enjoy my girls. It also gives me peace of mind knowing my girls are in a clean environment.

Halloween 2013 {Southern Belle & Minnie Mouse}

I can't believe I'm blogging about Halloween! This year for Halloween I had my very own Southern Belle and Minnie Mouse and they looked adorable! Sofia looked perfect, and knew how to work the southern accent. She would say this "Hey y'all, trick or treat!" If there's an Arizonan girl that can pull off being from the South, that girl would be Sofia. Also, how did Brian and I get stuck with the most popular girl in the neighborhood? I felt like every house we went to said "Hi Sofia!!" My Hazel rocked the Minnie Mouse costume. She looked so cute! I think Halloween is her new favorite holiday and she even learned to say trick or treat, it sounds more like "treat.treat." Brian and I took the girls around the neighborhood for a little over an hour, then we stopped at a party someone in our ward does every year. When we got home both girls were exhausted! Sofia counted their candy and they got a lot.. Too bad they're only keeping less than 1/4 of it, because their candy will be donated, probably to our troops.
Here are some pictures of my girls right before they went out trick-or-treating.

{is it just me or does Sofia look very grown up in this picture?}

My beautiful Minnie. I love her so much.

Happy Halloween!!!

The end to a great fall break.

 We ended fall break the same way we started it, at the beach, with Brian and Hazel walking towards the sunset. This vacation was perfect and fun. Can't wait to do it all over again!

Legoland {Fall Break '13}

 This was our first time going to Legoland, and we really didn't know what to expect. We literally had the park to ourselves, which was really nice because we did every ride more than once without having having to wait in line for more than 2 minutes. My family had fun at Legoland, and I loved all the Halloween decorations.

This picture makes me laugh. Hazel went up to this pizza guy, realized he was fake and got so scared! She took off running as fast as she could.

Sofia was tall enough for every ride at Legoland! This was the first one she got on, front row and everything. Go fearless girl, go!

This was Hazel's favorite ride. She rode it 2 times in a row and cried every time she got off.

She also enjoyed this train. Check out her face.. she's a total boss.

Sofia having fun!

Hazel could not believe her eyes in the story book ride.

Oh and Hazel had to be held while we were in Mini USA, why? Because she tried to destroy the buildings.

See how cute Sofia looks? A boy totally gave her a token so she could steer one of the steam boats. Totally random, she looked at him confused and said "umm ok."

Is Hazel having fun?? NO! She wanted to be on the other side of the fence hahaha.

Legoland was a hit! We had so much fun!!

Ohh and this very handsome man made this trip possible- gosh I love him so much.
