Because of Him

Because of Him my family can be together forever.
Because of Him I am never alone. Because of him every day is a new beginning.
He is the way, the truth, and the light, and through him happiness can be attained in this life and the next.

He lives!

Easter 2014

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!
Here are some pictures of our Easter dinner/egg hunt.
This year my in-laws hosted Easter and it was amazing.
Yummy food, friends, family, egg hunt... you name it, we had it.

There's my little Hazel more than ready to get some eggs! This is only her 2nd Easter but she seemed to be an expert and getting eggs.

My Sofia has always been a fan of Easter. It truly is one of her most favorite holidays!

Here we have the kids that went egg hunting.

This is the best picture I could get of my 2 girls together. Next year I will be taking pictures of 3 kids. That's just crazy!

Hazel took her time to see all her goodies. Most of them were Elmo stickers her cousin Brayden gave to her :)

Hazel and Brigham.

Oh and you can't do Easter without a picture with the Easter Bunny.. and yes, this is the best I got..

Happy Easter!

Happy 5 years to us!

We celebrated our 5 year anniversary on the 18th-  Good Friday! We went on a much needed date. We also talked about these past years and all we've been through. And for 5 years we both agreed that it's been a lot! I'm so blessed to be Brian's wife. He's loving, caring, and funny! He's also very patient with me- specially these days were I'm just exhausted and tired of everything. He's a great listener and provider. I'm excited to see what these next years will bring our way!

Cheer at Spectrum Carnival

Sofia had her first cheer "show" yesterday at the Spectrum Carnival.
She did a great job!! She was probably the loudest cheerleader, and the one that loved shaking her hips the most. The team did a wonderful job! They really did. A few minutes before performing they were told 8 girls weren't going to be there, so the routine had to be changed. Sofia didn't mind, that didn't throw her off. She was ready to do what she had been practicing for weeks!

I seriously have the best sister and brother in law ever! They are so supportive and always go to all of our "events." I hope I can be the same kind of supportive aunt and attend all of Brigham's football games :)

And here's a picture of us with our very own Falcon Cheerleader!

34 weeks!

34 weeks with Hazel

34 weeks with RM

I'm definitely bigger this time! Some differences I've noticed- with Hazel my face was really chubby. With this pregnancy my face is not chubby at all, in fact, I feel like the "skinny" face makes me look younger... I carried Hazel all over. My thighs, legs, hips, and booty were super big. With RM, I feel like it's all in my tummy. It's way bigger than Hazel's but it's just the tummy that's grown. With Sofia and Hazel I was lucky to get a few stretch marks that were hardly noticeable... Unfortunately that has changed. I started getting stretch marks :'( luckily I'm almost done so I'm hoping for no more damage to my tummy. I've been told boys are always bigger than girls, we'll see how much more this boy grows.

CTA Freedom Falcon Cheerleader

Sofia asked to be in her school's cheer squad back in December and for the longest time I said no because she was going to dance, tumbling, piano classes, and tutoring. I didn't want to add another thing to our schedule. But with the move there is a high chance of Sofia not going to CTA next year, or ever again. So we caved in and enrolled her in the cheer squad. She loves it! She loves chanting "CTA Freedom's Fight Song." And she loves to do toe touches, and pike jumps, and if you ask her, she will most likely do her dance routine for you. Her goal is to cheer in middle school, and high school, and when the time comes she would love to cheer for ASU. She wants to be the "girl that gets thrown in the air" (the flyer).

I think Hazel wants to be a cheerleader too! She tries to do a toe touch. It is the cutest thing ever! She loves shaking the pom poms and chanting "go! go! go!" while shaking them.

I sure love these girls. They rock my world!

32 Weeks

32 weeks down. We're so close to meeting our baby boy, our precious minibrian!

CMOP 2014

Last year we started the tradition to go to Children's Museum of Phoenix. This year we went with Brigham and his cousins {The twins + Zee}. Sofia enjoyed having kids her age to play with her. I'm so glad Brian came with me because Hazel + a museum would've been too much work for this pregnant lady!

And next year we will be taking "Kykoh" with us.
