Packing can be fun.

Our house is pretty much packed up because we move this weekend!! Yay! We have boxes everywhere! I never thought I owned so many things until now. Just when I think I'm done, I find more and more stuff. Sofia is loving the packing. She has come across some nice things, for example, my wedding dress. She's been playing "princess" all morning long. I had to stop packing and take a picture of her. And I know a few years down the road Hazel will probably play dress up with it too. Packing up our house can be fun!

Sofia has a princess piggy bank and has been collecting coins for awhile now. Every time I ask her what she's going to do with the money I get a different answer. She has said she will use the money one new toys, new shoes, new clothes... etc. The piggy bank was full, and I took the girls to Fry's to trade in their coins. Yes, their coins, because Sofia will share with Hazel :) And this morning before leaving to Fry's I asked Sofia what she was going to do with the money, she said "I'm going to save it to take Hazel to Disneyland because she's never been."

 

 

And this is how much the girls made! They walked out of Fry's with $42.10, just enough to buy souvenirs and Disneyland!!

We've been married for almost 5 years!

Brian and I have been married for almost 5 years! That sounds crazy because we're so young! I asked Brian the other day what he was getting me for our anniversary. He stopped. Looked at me. And said "A new house" Kinda like telling me "What more do you want?" And since our Italy trip isn't happening because I'm super pregnant, I made a short wishlist for my hubby. I'm totally happy with just getting the house, but if he happens to have extra love/money (haha) for me this is what I want:

1. Petunia Pickle Bottom City Carryall. I love the sophisticated look.

2. A Vitamix Blender- to be honest we would both benefit from this because we love our green smoothies!

3. Our new house has a pool! And I love Robin Piccone's crochet swimwear. Modest and stylish. 

 or this cute vintage swimsuit from Anthropologie works too!

But being completely honest... the gorgeous house we're buying is more than enough! :)

Best Friends

Hazel and I had lunch with Sofia today. I think it is one of Hazel's favorite things to do because after eating lunch she gets to go play in the playground with a lot of kids. When we get to school, Hazel  runs to the cafeteria yelling "Fia, Fia!" I love how they are best friends, and how they look out for each other. I hope they always stay best friends and help out each other every single day. After all, that's what sisters are for!
